What's been happening in the Kererū Team this week?

This week we have continued our focus on Geometry by working through an activity called Geometrocity - a city made from Math. 

The students have had to learn all about 3D shapes, scale drawings and mapping in order to start the first two phases. Eventually all their learning will be consolidated into a 3D map displaying all the geometrical work they have achieved.

Zach - I like planning out what our city will look like at the end. I have also learnt some new shapes and terms related to geometry like: vertices (which is the corner of a shape).
