Every Tuesday the Kererū team does language classes.

Each class is half an hour long. There are four languages that we are learning: German, French, Spanish and Japanese. Miss Keys does Spanish, Mr Morell does Japanese, Mrs Brown does German and Miss Hanford does french. The classes will last for 1 term and then we will switch classes and learn a new language. We asked a few people what language they were learning and what they did in that class and here is what the said:

Zac: For languages I do German. We got to choose a country that spoke German and researched it.

Nate: For my languages class I do Japanese I learnt how to say Good Morning - Ohayo Gozaimasu, Good Afternoon - Konichiwa and Good Evening - Komban wa. I had a really fun time.

Taamia: For my language class I do Spanish. My class had to make a power point on a state and how many things they do in Spain.

Tamara: For my language class I do French I learnt how to say Bonjour - Hello, Salut - Hi, Bonsoir - Good afternoon and Bonne nuit - Good Night.
