The Senior students have been trained by Youthtown

Yesterday I ran a game called Minefield with Jessie.  The Year 1/2 students had to step onto different pads and get to the other side.  The code had to be cracked.  The best part was that the little kids listened to me and had fun.

Yesterday I ran a game called the Heist with Lily Rose and Tessa.  We hid Lego people around the playground and the kids had to be in groups of two or three and they were either in a hula hoop or linking arms.  Once they found the Lego people they had to hide it again but in a different spot.  It was really fun to teach the kids, and we learned a lot as well.

On Thursday afternoon, we played a variety of games with the little kids.  My game was called Fish and Sharks.  Two people were sharks and the rest were fish.  The sharks were trying to catch the fish.  The best part was joining in with the little kids.

Yesterday was the the Year 7/8 Youthtown sports leadership afternoon.  Myself and Ella played Run through Dodge ball.  All the little kids worked well together to try and win the game.  I loved working with the juniors.
