Understanding grief, loss or change

This evidence-based group programme is designed to support young people. This group is suitable for children in school Years 6-8 only. 

This programme is being run at Heaton Intermediate School on Tuesdays 3:30pm- 4:30pm- start with the date to be confirmed.
