Take a look at what Piwakawaka have been up to this week!

In the Piwakawaka team this week it is Active Week. They have been learning and practicing lots of different ways to be active. In room 3, they  decided to write Acrostic Poems to get them thinking about what being active could look like at school or at home. Here are some examples of their poems:

Noah Collier: A sunny day out to play. Climb up the ladder. Test your muscles. Invent new moves. Very good climbing. Eat every day.

Ruby Bodger: A beautiful day, let's go out and play. Climb across the monkey bars. Toilet Tag time for the kids. It's time to come inside. Very good time to play. Everyone get's to play.
