2019 Student Leadership

This year, we have changed Student Leadership to have more of a focus on our new school values. Students applied to be a Nest Leader and then were interviewed.  We agreed that Kaiārahi Pārua - Nest Leader was a good name as it links to our school motto and values.

Congratulations to the following students who have been chosen to be Kaiārahi Pārua - Nest Leader:

• We Belong (Manaakitanga) - Jorja
• We Learn Together (Ako) - James

The four of us are one team who work together.  There will be other teams that fit under each value and we will oversee and work with them.  For example school ambassadors, fundraising, school projects and peer support are the teams we will be working with.  We are about to start to interview for the jobs/teams for each value.  We are excited to start and we are looking forward to a fun year being a Kaiārahi Pārua - Nest Leader.
