The Kereru Team have been enjoying Mr Morell's dog Poppy !

We have interviewed a few kids from Mr Morells class to ask for some updates about his dog Poppy and here is what they have said! 

" we feel very happy, and excited to have Poppy in our class this year because we can run with her and make her do some really cool tricks!" 

"Poppy gets to run around freely in the classroom and sometimes we get distracted with our work.  Also she is only 7 months old and is a miniature schnauzer" 

We also learned that she is training to be an anxiety helping dog, and sometimes if someone is feeling very sad that day Poppy is allowed to comfort them.

It was very interesting listening to the cool information about Poppy !!
