Hello team, this is on behalf of Melody who is on the Home and School Committee.

This year we are having a dessert bar at the Year 8 Graduation.  We are looking for any bakers who could help us with baking (all ingredients will be paid for by the Home and School Committee).

Possible menu may include:

Mini meringue baskets (committee will fill with cream and berries)

Brownies(cut into bite size)

Carrot cake (cut into bite size)

Cheesecakes (cut into bite size)

Fudge

Lemon meringue

Rocky road

Mini pikelets

Mini donuts

Profiteroles

Any other suggestions welcomed.
