In the afternoon while the Year 7&8 basketball teams practice, the rest of the Year 7&8 team get to choose from two sports.

These sports are non-stop cricket and capture the flag and you must choose a sport because there is no "I don´t know" or "neither sport". 

With capture the flag you play it the Youthtown way; you use rugby balls and cones and maybe bibs - that is all you need. For capture the flag the best ball to use is a rugby ball. It is also best to have teams of about 5 players and you also need a referee.  

For non-stop cricket you need a cricket bat, a cricket wicket, a tennis ball and a group of approximately 12 people. This game is great fun and so easy to play. All you do is have two teams of at least 5 players, plus a bowler and a wicket keeper. Then you are set to play non-stop cricket. 

You will need patience and sometimes skill and tactics to play these games.
