With the 2019 Rugby World Cup about to begin, the excitement is mounting (for rugby lovers). As a school, we have decided to get involved in support of the All Blacks.

It was so cool to see so many staff and students dressed in black before the All Blacks V South Africa game tomorrow.

Next term we are going to:

• Have more Black Out Days before each of the All Blacks games
• Look at the food and culture for a range of countries
• Learn about the history of rugby, learn the rules and have student-led games of touch rugby
• Decorate classrooms in the national colours of certain countries
• Follow the points leaderboard and look at populations to incorporate Maths

The major focus is Week 1-3 of Term 4 to ensure we can keep up the school-wide momentum.
