Parent and teacher interviews are coming up on 13 April

Jared Kelly —

We are really excited about catching up with you to talk about your child(ren)s progress and goals for this year.

We hold 2 face-to-face (or mask-to-mask as they are currently) meetings between parents and teachers each year. During this meeting, the homeroom teacher will talk through your child’s progress across the curriculum and how this sits within their working curriculum level.

This is also a time when the homeroom teacher will discuss the social, emotional, and attitudinal aspects of your child’s learning. It is important for you to get a measure of this and discuss what support can be given to encourage positive progress in all areas of your child’s education.

With covid in mind, here is how it will work this time:

  • Both parents are welcome to attend or you can FaceTime the other parent into the meeting;
  • Your child can attend, other siblings can stay outside in the playground (just be aware that this is at your own risk, there will not be staff on duty).
  • Teachers, parents and children in Year 4 and upwards must wear a mask throughout the interview and observe appropriate social distancing;
  • Interviews are strictly limited to 10 minutes - if you need longer, please ask the teacher to arrange another time for you.
  • Please wait outside until the bell for your time slot goes (for those in an interview, please leave promptly when the bell rings).

Click HERE to visit the School Interviews website and book your time slot. Interviews are 10 minutes each. If you have more than one child, please leave a gap between interviews to allow you to get from one to another - or you may lose valuable talking time.

School is closed on this day, and interviews are available from 12 noon until 7.50pm.

Kelly Club will be open for those who need to book in for childcare
