The attached keynote was shared at the meeting this week - please have a look, in particular at:

• our new karakia;
• the images of the children with critical medical conditions - these children need you to respond quickly if they become unwell (especially Harrison Batty);
• the 'what's on the calendar so far' slide - if you know of something that is happening in Term 4 that is not on this list, please add it to the calendar (note: we are looking at a process for managing the staff calendar whereby events will be approved by leadership before being added - much like the gym booking and student common bookings);
