Ākonga work hard to practice their recall of basic facts as quickly as they can. In turn they achieve a rock status, the highest of which is Rock Hero. This means they are able to answer 60 facts or more in under a minute. We have many students already with this status, some as young as Year 4! These children will be acknowledged in whānau hui on Monday with a rock hero badge. This is truly an awesome achievement!

However, TTRS is not just for those ākonga who thrive on the challenge of speed of recall. It is a fantastic tool to support those learning their tables at all stages. We currently have students from year 4 up using TTRS. A few minutes regularly is a great way to improve recall.

Each child has a login which is the first 3 letters of their first and last name as well as a 3 letter password. They can use this to access TTRS through the website at home.
