If you have a Hotmail email address and you think you may be missing communications from us - it is likely in your spam folder.

If you've not downloaded the Hero app, your communications from us will be coming to you via email.  There is an issue between Hero and Hotmail which causes some emails to divert to your spam folder. 

Please take a moment now and then to check and make sure you're not missing out on anything.
