TIMA provides physical activities adapted to individual needs. We do this in a safe, fun, inclusive and integrated environment. Professional instructors run school holiday programmes and weekly basketball to small groups of participants aged 8-21 who have a disability. TIMA also provides leadership and educational opportunities for volunteers.

WHO WE ARE

We are two qualified and experienced physical and health education teachers, specializing in adapted movement programs for over 20 years.

We started this business as a result of our passion for movement. We believe that every person deserves to have full access and equal opportunities to pursue a variety of physical activities.
