Kia ora everyone, 

I’m Jenaya, and I’m thrilled to be teaching in Hub 2 this year!

A little about myself: I have dedicated the last six years to working with children with special needs in various roles. My journey began as a swim instructor, where I taught both group and private lessons to kids of all abilities. From there, I became a teacher aide at Kimi Ora and did support work on the weekends, and now I’m excited to step into my new role as a teacher at Pītau-Allenvale. 

These past few weeks have been a blast getting to know your wonderful tamariki and fostering strong, healthy relationships with them. I’m looking forward to an amazing year ahead!
