The following information explains what is needed if your child requires medication at school.
Medication is unable to be transported to school for school use via SESTA transport. Any medication required to be taken by the students at school must be dropped off to school by parents/caregivers.
All medication to be given on school premises must be supplied in pharmacy packaging with Doctors script information attached. We are unable to administer any medication that does not come in this format.
When medication is dropped to school we will get you to fill in and sign our medication forms with Nicole at reception.
Any questions please call Nicole on 03 3516743.
