Day Relief / Casual Teachers

We are looking for classroom teachers who are available to be day relief teachers at Pītau-Allenvale School.

If you are passionate about specialist education with ORS funded students, we would love to hear from you. Teachers develop students strengths, value diverse cultural backgrounds and are committed to positive behaviour support, We require day relief teachers who can bring a positive team approach to our vision.  

We support 130 students aged from 5yrs to 21 years of age, at our five sites, Pitau-Allenvale School, base site in Belfast,  Kendal Ave (Pitau Rapa), Burnside (Pitau Uru), Phillipstown (Tētēkura), and Rangiora (Pitau Raki).  

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Primary Teachers’ Collective Agreement July 2023 – July 2025.
