School Policies
In 2021 we updated our policies and procedures system to SchoolDocs. SchoolDocs is an easy to use website that is monitored and updated regularly to comply with New Zealand legislation, ERO requirements, MOE guidelines, other audits, and in response to our own reviews.
Using SchoolDocs, staff and parents are able to find and access policies and procedures easily, and review them online in a matter of minutes. This system reduces costs, improves the effectiveness of policies and procedures, and leaves principals, senior management, and boards with more time to focus on teaching and learning.
Through SchoolDocs we will be conducting regular reviews to stay up-to-date and parents will be notified of which policies we will be reviewing each term.
Current policies under review for Term 1, 2022 are:
- Health & Safety Management
- Emergency, Disaster & Crisis Management
Logging into SchoolDocs is easy. Simply go to www.schooldocs.co.nz, click the "Search for your School" button, enter "Pleasant Point Primary School"
Username: pointprimary
Password: halstead7903
From there you will have access to all our school's policies and procedures. If there is a certain policy you are looking for you can type a keyword in the search bar on the left hand side of the website.
Parents are encouraged to review our policies and give feedback which will be forwarded onto the Board of Trustees when revisions are made.
