SC Swimming

On Friday April 5, a team of 17 students represented our school at the SC Primary Swimming. The team competed well and were such a lovely group of students to take away for the day and represented our school magnificently.
We had some great results:Jack Walsh was 3rd in the 9 yr 50m freestyle, 3rd in the 9yr 25m freestyleFinley Westgarth was 2nd in the 9yr 25m freestyle and 25 breaststrokeZara Horsley was 1st in the 9yr girls 50m freestyle, 25 freestyle, 25m backstroke, 50m freestyle and 2nd in the 9yr girls 25m breaststroke,The 9 year old relay time comprising of Zara Horsley, Aria Hill, Jack Walsh and Finley Westgarth came first in their relay race.We had some very close other results in the other age groups, so it was a very successful day.Thank you to Susan Coker and Kate Westgarth for timekeeping and Sophie Lloyd who was a back up assistant.
