WHAT HAPPENS ON THE CAMPS?

Day 1 – We’ll kick the day off with introductions over lunch and then jump straight into the learning. Starting off will be a Beef + Lamb NZ representative discussing insights into Beef + Lamb NZ and the challenges and opportunities in the red meat sector. Primary ITO will offer some on-farm scenarios for the group to work through and some tips for good employee etiquette. We’ll then have some fun outside with a competition and finish off the day with dinner and an awards ceremony.

Day 2 – Day 2 will be jam-packed full of on-farm visits where the group will be able to ask industry members questions, and experience farming first-hand.

Day 3 – the final day will see the team undertaking professional development through a range of industry modules. Then it will be time to pack up and head home!
