Manawatu Secondary Schools Badminton Competition

Around 60 boys competed in the Badminton Manawatu Secondary Schools Badminton competition during Term 2 and have achieved excellent results.  

Junior Boys

The team of Nabeel Imtiyaz, Sheraz Bhalli, Jonty Giesen and James Rattanak came first in Division 1, thereby winning the Junior Boys Trophy for the school.

The team of Seungwoo Lee, Carson Harvey, Jesse Akepogu and Zachary Lee also came third in this division. 

Senior Boys

The team of Jerry Liu, Anton Tong, Anthony Tong and Alex Tong came first in Division 3. 

The team of Callum Eaton, Tommy Dunn-Hall, Fahim Masud and Farabi Kabir  came third in this division.

The team of Junho Bahng, Billy Jung, Shivam Teeluck and Daniel Warrington placed third in Division 2.

The team of Benjamin Cen, Ethan Luo, Levi Holman and Dan van der Spuy came first in Division 1, thereby winning the Senior Boys' Trophy for the school.
