NZQA update

The Ministry of Education and NZQA are working closely with schools in monitoring the situation, and providing support as required.

If any changes to NCEA settings are necessary, NZQA and the Ministry will work with sector representatives prior to providing advice to the Minister of Education. Changes will be communicated in a timely fashion to everyone in our PNBHS community.

NCEA external entries

As we move towards the NCEA external examinations, it is important that entries for each student are correct. Last week all students registered to sit NCEA external examinations were given a copy of their entries. It is important that your son has looked at his entries. Can you please check he has done this. If he did not receive a copy of his entries, or he needs to add or remove an Achievement Standard, please ask him to email Mrs Abbey Etchells (etchellsa@pnbhs.school.nz) directly. This needs to be done by Wednesday 25th August, to meet NZQA deadlines.
