Earlier this term a PNBHS team competed in the annual Jimmy Carter Quiz organised by the Lion's Club and hosted at College House.  Schools from throughout the region compete in this event, with teams comprised of one student at each year level from Year 9 - Year 13.

The PNBHS team placed 2nd, on 87 points, just one point shy of the first placed team from PNGHS.
As well as the runner's-up trophy the team were presented with two books for the school library.
