Sadly, our part-time Librarian, Mrs Tessa Burt, who has worked here for ten years has resigned due to ill health. This is the second change in staffing this year after many years of stability. We thank Mrs Burt for her contribution and wish her well for the future.

This is the time when Year 9s and 10s are trained up to fill the vacuum when the Senior Student Librarians leave to sit their NCEA exams. We have an eager group of young volunteers and so far Joshua Smith and Channing Morton have joined our dedicated team.

Thank you to Blake Massicks who has earned a double award for his hard work and Jacob Dawber who has achieved his award! Two of our newer hard workers are Sakthi Prabhu and Ishmam Biswas, who are conquering some of the more technical tasks of Student Librarians.
