Term 2, Week 2: Monday, 10 May - Sunday, 16 May

PNBHS —

We hope that your son has enjoyed a successful first week of the new term and has quickly settled into school routines.

Our annual Anzac Service is undoubtedly one of the most important events in our school calendar.  The occasion was indeed fitting for the memory of our Old Boys and other New Zealanders who have served in the armed forces, in particular those who gave their lives in war.  It was a solemn occasion and the Tū Whakaaute |Respect shown by all of our young men was exemplary and commented upon by the members of the official party, a group that included numerous Old Boys, returned and current servicemen.  All young men should be proud of their contributions towards the service.

Well done to all competitors in the annual Cross Country.  This event is not compulsory and it was fantastic to see some 600 young men put their hands up to compete.

You will have received notification of some upcoming events that will cause disruption to our usual schedule.
