Junior Form Class Leaders
Recently, we recognised the Year 9 and Year 10 students selected by their form teachers to serve as form class leaders this year.
Regardless of its level, leadership presents challenges that not everyone is eager to embrace. Many individuals aspire to become leaders, but regrettably, some do not. While it might appear uncomplicated to those not in leadership roles, it can often be a solitary and unappreciated journey for the leaders themselves.
In leading a form class, those who have accepted the responsibility of being form class leaders face challenges that involve balancing their artistic, athletic, and academic pursuits with the demands of effective leadership.
The selected students have willingly taken on the crucial role of being form class leaders without expressing any complaints or hesitation.
