Ordinarily, the Head Prefect's Inaugural Address to the school is given at the first full school assembly for the year, following the announcement of the Prefect group.  Unfortunately, Covid protocols mean that we are unable to hold assemblies at the moment, meaning that Head Prefect Telson Liuvaie delivered the first-ever Head Prefect's Video Address.
