Friday July 2nd saw our first Old Boys Function out of Palmerston North for the year we had about 35 old boys turn up at the Maccau bar on The Strand in Tauranga. Thanks to Grant Mitchell and Cameron Mitchell, both based in Tauranga for organizing the venue for us. Drinks flowed and conversations with all age groups were engaging. Stu provided a run down on school which our Old Boys like to hear about. A few sore heads were on the sideline at Tauranga Boys College on Saturday to support the 1st and 2nd XVs in their Super 8 games. Thanks again to Grant Mitchell who works at Tauranga Boys College for making tea and coffee available up in their pavilion.

Friday night at Ignite Studio it was great to see so many new and old faces get together and catch up. It was a great venue to have our Old Boys' function, the location made it easy for those that came for a quick catch up, a couple of hours or for the duration and then onto the Viaduct for more... to have a great night.Thank you so much Julian Butson for making your awesome premises available to us,Tony Dowse from Icon Construction and Craig Le Quesne from Laydoddpartners accounting practice for so generously making donations which contributed to the night being such a success.We are looking forward already to another great Auckland Old Boys' Night out in 2022.

Saturday before the traditional PNBHS 1st XV vs Kings College Match, Kings College kindly allowed us to host a morning tea, it was again great to see the support from our Old Boy's there, it is great to have school support on the sideline at our 1st XV away games, in fact at any of our school sports games we really appreciate the support we get from our Old Boys.
