Recently young men in the Year 12 and 13 Japanese class visited IPU for their Open Day. We were impressed by their beautiful campus with many Sakura (cherry blossoms). They were so pretty. The highlight of the trip was to have a taste of their Japanese department (as well as a free lunch). Their Japanese teacher, Mana Sensei, taught us how to play some Japanese games. It was fun!

Congratulations to Riley Mclean who won the Golden Boot award for the top goal scorer in the Logistics 360 Manawatū Championship. Riley, who was a member of the 1st XI squad, made nine league appearances for the 2nd XI during which he scored 20 goals. He was presented with his medal at assembly.
