Earlier this year the PNBHS team of Sam Lahmert, Josh Langridge, Quinn Gledhill and Brock Gledhill won the Gumboot Throwing events at the Clash of the Colleges, part of the NZ Rural Games. Recently Elizabeth Mortland, Secretary/Treasurer of the New Zealand Boot-throwing Association Inc. and President of the International Boot-throwing Association, came into school to formally present the team with the trophy now that it has been engraved. PNBHS looks forward to defending its title in 2022.

Our Open Day is an opportunity for prospective students and whānau to meet some of our young men and staff and to find out more about the opportunities available at Palmy Boys'.

Presentations at 9.45am, 5.30pm and 7.00pm followed by an optional student led tour of the school

College House tours are also available at 11.30am and 4.30pm - meet at College House, corner of North and Featherston Streets.
