Congratulations to the PNBHS students who were successful in the National Tae Kwon Do tournament in held in Tauranga earlier this term:

Felix O’Neill – Silver in pre-junior Sparring

Kayde Watson – Gold in junior U46kg Sparring, Bronze in pre-junior Patterns

Reuben Watson – Silver, U75kg Sparring

Ryan How – Silver, junior U68kg Sparring

Reuben and Ryan were both members of the Central Districts team that won Gold for Sparring in the team’s competition, with Reuben also being in the Central Districts teams that won Silver in Specialty Technique and Gold in the Power Breaking events.
