Matariki Fiafia Festival
Matariki is a cluster of stars that shine between the months of June and July. To Māori, it symbolizes new beginnings and new growth. It allows us to reflect and acknowledge those who have passed away as well as looking to future hopes and aspirations.
On Thursday, June 24 we held the Matariki Fiafia Festival, allowing whānau, students, and the school community to come together and celebrate student success. Students showcased a host of items from juggling, speeches, Pasifika to kapa haka.
Matariki tau mai rā
Thank you to the large number of parents, other whānau and supporters of the school who came along to support our young men - it was fantastic to see such a large audience at what has become a highlight of the school year.
