Thanks to Year 13 student Kieran Giddens who performed at the  Prefect’s assembly this week. Kieran’s accomplished performance is the outcome of countless hours of dedicated practice. His musical interests are varied and alongside the piano, he has competed in the Smokefree Rockquest. Kieran is also a member of the PNBHS ‘A’ Golf team and recently competed in the Super 8 Golf championships. Performing in front of your peers is always a challenge and the Tū Māia | Courage demonstrated by those young men who do needs to be acknowledged.

The OK Chorale squad of 25 singers held workshops over the weekend with the Director of the New Zealand Youth Choir, Mr David Squire. After a very intensive day, the group gave a brief performance to friends and whanau. The final line up of the 16 singers in the 2021 OK Chorale will be announced this week.
