Shand Shield Choral Competition 2020 by PNBHS
PNBHS — October 8, 2020
The Shand Shield Choral Competition took place on the last day of term three.
The Choral Competition allows young men involved in music, cultural and performing arts groups to show their talent as well as providing an opportunity and encouragement for young men not normally involved in these activities to put themselves outside of their comfort zone and try something new. The Choral Competition is student-led and seeing the various leadership approaches employed is also a highlight.
Each club was required to sing the School Song plus one chosen song with the theme 'Happy'.
The final placings in the competition were: 1st - Kia Ora, 2nd - Vernon, 3rd - Gordon, 4th - Phoenix, 5th - Albion and 6th - Murray.
