Year 12 Photography

On Wednesday 25th June, the Year 12 Photography class set out to explore photography outside the classroom. The weather was perfect for our students to walk into Palmerston North central city and capture imagery for their assessment work. In particular, students were to explore urban spaces, landscapes and architecture.

Earlier in the day, Mr Lobb did a presentation on the history of Te Marae o Hine, otherwise known as The Square. During this field trip, the students explored the architectural build of the main UCOL building, landmarks in Te Marae o Hine and enjoyed a special viewing of the Top Art Exhibition at Te Manawa.
