Chasing Failure by Ryan Leak

Chasing Failure

Ryan Leak argues that failure is an essential component of growth and success, and that it should be embraced rather than avoided.  The idea that failure is something to be ashamed of or avoided at all costs is a myth that prevents people from taking risks and trying new things, which ultimately hinders their ability to succeed.  How do we chase failure in a productive way? Set specific goals, take calculated risks and be willing to learn from our mistakes. If we have a strong support system we can learn to embrace failure as a natural part of the journey towards success.
