Visiting the Finance Office

While Covid-19 is present in the community, we would encourage people to make payments online rather than visiting the finance office in person. Our bank account details are below but can also be found on every invoice we send and on the PNBHS website: : https://www.pnbhs.school.nz/our-community/finance/

The finance office is open for payments by cash or EFTPOS, but only if you are unable to pay online.

Students who would like to use their credit to register for an activity are asked to email their request to the finance office. Credit can be used for such things as sports registrations, school trips, cultural activities, courses, events, school fees and purchasing uniform.

College House students who would like to register for an activity are asked to also please email their request to the finance office. 

Using Credit at the Uniform Shop

Before proceeding to the uniform shop, students must collect a signed slip from the finance office. This will state how much credit the student has available to use at that time. The account will be closed after the purchase has been made.

This process must be followed each time you would like to use credit at the unform shop as the account balance continually changes.

Automatic Payments and School Fees/Donations

Setting up an automatic payment is the best way to spread the cost of schooling throughout the year. Information on setting up automatic payments and our bank account details can be found on the school website: https://www.pnbhs.school.nz/our-community/finance/

You have the entire school year to make contributions towards the school fee and donation invoice. If you make regular payments to the account they will not be allocated to the school fees/donations until closer to the end of the year. This ensures there is credit available for your son to use for such things as sports registrations, school trips and other activities throughout the year. If you would like to use your credit to sign up for an activity please email the finance office.
