Hot Potato Band Perform at PNBHS

It was a real privilege to host the Hot Potato band from Sydney Australia here at PNBHS recently. The band has a passion for encouraging students onto instruments and delivered a confidence-building workshop to the young men in the Year 9 Performance Music class before entertaining the entire Year 9 cohort with a fantastic performance. We have had a great uptake of young men signing up to our Music programmes; for example we have 21 beginner trumpeters!  A few spaces still remain, so If your son is interested in learning an instrument, joining a choir or band or just wanting to find out what is on offer, please ask him to come to the Speirs Centre and talk to one of the staff there for further information.
