Success at the Manawatu Performing Arts Vocal Competition

Congratulations to Saem Millward, Jesse Wallace and Armani Whitehead-Wilson who achieved some excellent results at the recent Manawatu Performing Arts Vocal Competition.

Saem Millward

Saem entered eight classes, winning seven and finishing second in the other class.

He was awarded Most Promising Vocalist under 18 years and the award for Best Diction over all ages.

Jesse Wallace

Jesse was the Overall winner of the 14 and under 16 sections.

He was also the winner of the Junior Vocal Cup for best Own Selection song.

Armani Whitehead-Wilson

Armani was the winner of the P C Taylor Trophy for best folk/traditional performance.

He was also first in the Restricted class.
