November Library News

A huge thank you goes to our departing Student Librarians, Eli Hancock (Head Librarian), Reuben Hoolahan (Deputy), Brandon Winter, Luke Cherrington and Jackson Hesp. We wish you well as you head out into the world! 

This is the time when Year 9s are trained up to fill the vacuum which the Seniors leave while sitting their NCEA exams. We have an eager group of six young volunteers.

The library is still heavily used with over 11,000 books being issued this year and more than 178 graphic novels read in the library.

Our Summer Reading Club is gaining members and these students are able to take up to 20 books out over the holidays. We have run this for six years now and no one has ever lost a book.
