1st XI Hockey vs New Plymouth Boys' High School

The game started with significant momentum by PNBHS with two goals being scored by Conner Managh and Zac Buinimasi after converting a penalty corner goal in the first quarter.

The same pressure was maintained throughout the second quarter with a further two goals scored by Blake Rhodes-Robinson and Zach Carline. The defense was strong throughout the first three quarters, with no goals scored against PNBHS.

Ben Loudon managed to get two goals in the last two-quarters of the game, securing the game to win six goals to one.

New Plymouth did not give up throughout the game and broke through the defense and scored a goal in the last 5 minutes of the 4th quarter. A game well played with no cards handed out throughout the game and played in good spirit by both sides.

A solid performance in defense with great opportunities that were capitalized on resulted in goals being scored, enabling an outstanding win.
