On Monday 6 October, we were proud to formally welcome our new Principal, Amanda Wynyard, to Point View School with a Pōwhiri held in the school hall.

The ceremony was a moving occasion, rich in tikanga and tradition, marking the beginning of Amanda’s leadership journey with us.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the whānau from Tamaoho School, as well as to Whaea Pengu and Matua Garry for guiding us through the Waikato kawa (protocols), and to everyone who contributed to making this special event such a meaningful and memorable welcome.
