Guardian Angels Offer Valuable Support

Presbyterian Support Southland is blessed with a wide range of supporters in the community.

One way a number of people choose to contribute is by becoming a Guardian Angel, contributing a monthly financial donation to support Family Works services.

The support helps families access the support they need, when they need it.

Family Works Family/Whanau Worker Kristin Lobb works for the organisation, but also contributes as a Guardian Angel.

“I became a Guardian Angel supporter before I became a staff member at Family Works, but I’m even more aware now of the valuable work being done to support vulnerable families, especially keeping children safe and working towards better outcomes in life for them,” she said.

PSS Chief Executive Peter Wards said the organisation was extremely appreciative of the support Guardian Angels provided.

“Regular contributions really make a difference and, through Family Works services, impact hundreds of Southland families,” he said.
“We are very fortunate to have the ongoing support of a committed group of Guardian Angels and we can’t thank them enough for their ongoing and regular giving.”
