New Zealand’s Most Trusted Aged Care and Retirement Villages Brand

Presbyterian Support (Enliven) has earned the trust of thousands of New Zealanders.

Southlanders have long put their trust in Presbyterian Support’s Aged Care services.

Now, that trust has been highlighted even further, with Presbyterian Support (Enliven) named New Zealand’s Most Trusted Aged Care and Retirement Villages Brand.

The accolade comes from the independently commissioned Reader’s Digest NZ Most Trusted Brand Survey, and was celebrated widely throughout Southland’s Enliven services in late May.

Enliven Southland Director Julia Russell said the recognition was credit to a team of dedicated, loyal and genuinely passionate staff.

“It’s fantastic… yahoo! But on a serious note, trust is so important in aged care. The work staff do with and for residents is massive. It’s not just knowing and understanding health requirements, it’s knowing the residents, knowing their lives, and it’s the depth of relationships you build with people,” she said.
“Every year when the Most Trusted list comes out, as a Registered Nurse, I’m always proud to see nurses so well trusted. Now, it’s wonderful to have this organisation get recognition for the work that it does and the important part it plays in people’s lives.”

Survey respondents noted that Presbyterian Support (Enliven) represented not for profit values, a genuinely caring company and quality care.

Presbyterian Support Southland Marketing and Communications Manager Shelley Erskine said she was thrilled that the brand had been recognised as trusted nationally.

“This national acknowledgement that we have a trusted brand is quite an honour. It may be an accolade for the brand but it means, as an organisation, we are doing our job to a consistently high standard, and as a result, earning the trust of residents and the public.”
