School Working Bee

Chris Els —

We will be holding a school working bee in the new year.

I’ve spoken to a few people about having a working bee and the response has been outstanding. We have dads in the community with a vast array of skills, they pretty much cover every trade you can think of and they want to offer their help to tidy the school, which is so appreciated. I would however like to open the working bee up to all parents and children within the community.

Once we have a list of things to do, we will break jobs into manageable groups and get these jobs done .

The first working bee is planned for the 19th of January and the second a week later on the 26th. We will work from 8-12.  I realise  people won’t be able to make both weeks or work the whole time, which is fine. If you can give up some of your time that would be great. It  hopefully means that we will be able to complete all jobs on the list within the second week.

If you are able to help, come on down with some gardening tools and we will put you to work. Thank you in advance.
