Kia ora koutou whānau

Just a quick note from me this week to say thank you! We do appreciate all the support you give us at school. I received a lovely email from one of our community members to say how much they enjoyed last week's assembly and the positive energy they felt. It reminds us of why we do this fantastic job.

I have been working at Pukerua Bay School for nearly five years now, and I can honestly say that I appreciate the people; the staff, the students and the families. I am so proud of where we are going as a school.

I also want to thank the Board of Trustees who are dedicated and want the best outcomes for our tamariki. They have once again agreed to give up a whole day to work on the school's strategic goals and look at ways to improve student outcomes.
