Every week we start off with key messages during circle time -teaching positive behavioural expectations for the upcoming week. All syndicates are looking to imbed a reward system and establish consistently applied consequences.

During term 2 we conducted a walkthrough to establish ‘What has been embedded into practice’ and what our next steps are. We found that there were a number of gaps and misunderstandings that we needed to address for the start of term 3. This includes developing our matrix of expectations.

We have been part of the collaboration walkthroughs during term two. This was a great opportunity to see how other schools in our Kahui Ako have embedded PB4L.
