Pūtahi Belfast School is seeking an outstanding Year 7 and 8 teacher to join our fabulous team. We are a modern school with two campuses based 1km apart.  The Year 7 and 8 learning hub is based on the Senior Campus which opened last year. Our strong Vision and Values are central to our school culture and is the foundation for growing and sustaining our unique school model.   

You are the right person if you are someone who has a passion for this age group, prides themself on building positive relationships with learners and their whānau, and prioritises engaging the learners in front of you.  Our Kahui Ako is part of the Manaiakalani Network so experience with the Learn, Create, Share pedagogy would be an advantage. Experience in Structured Literacy and Numicon would also be an advantage, however full training and support will be provided. 

The start date is negotiable, but ideally the start date will be early Term 2. This position will end on 17 December 2025.
