On Wednesday 12th February El Gregoe the magician visited Belfast School to teach the Year 1-6 students about having a positive start to the year through magic.

The students were impressed with the variety of awe inspiring magic tricks performed by El Gregoe. The show was called, "You've Got the Power!"

The students were impressed by the vast range of parrots in El Gregoe's collection. They also loved the rabbit and the duck!

Some of the key messages were... the magic words, "it better work, it better work"- very handy for making something work!

Why do grandparents snap their fingers? It's because it makes them snappy!

Another key message was, 'hands are for helping, not hurting'.
